Issue:
I develop "Visual Webpart Sandbox", i want to display vietnamese or unicode on webpart, but it can not render unicode.
Solution:
If we add Text "Réponse" into ascx. when we build ascx.g.cs will not keep Réponse but it generate the character like @... so we must go to ascx.g.cs to edit directly.
