Sharepoint Learning Kit 2010 (SLK 2010)


Install Sharepoint Learning Kit (SLK)
Download Sharepoint Learning Kit SLK for sharepoint 2010 at here and save at C:\Installation path
Open Sharepoint 2010 Management Shell
Type “Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted”
Type y then enter
Type set-location c:\Installation
Type “.\addsolution.ps1”
Go to Central Administration | System Settings | under Farm Management | click to Manage farm solutions
Click to sharepointlearningkit.wsp
Click “Deploy Solution” (Image 10)
Click OK
Deploy success
Under SharePoint Learning Kit Configuration, click Configure SharePoint learning Kit
Site collection: can change web application
Configure as follows: Check “Create  a new database” and Check “Create permissions”
Waiting for configure SLK
Configuration success
Open SQL server you will see new database created “SharepointLearningKit”
Open your site | Site Actions | Site Settings … then click to “Site collection features” under “Site Collection Administration” categories
Click to Active on Sharepoint Learning Kit – Assignment List Web Parts (Image 20)
Open your site | Site Actions | Site Settings … then click to “Manage site features” under “Site Actions” categories
Click to Active on Sharepoint Learning Kit
Go to Shared Documents then add WebPart s
Result as
Create Version for document
On Shared Documents | Setting …| Versioning settings | Click to radio “Create major versions”
Add User Test for Learning Online
Open start | Run and type compmgmt.msc then expand Local Users and Groups | Users
Create new two user:
The first user: Instructor with pass 123qwe!@#

The second user: Learner with pass 123qwe!@#
Result as
Go to your site | On Site Actions | Site Settings | Under Users and Permissions | click People and Groups
Click More… in Left navigation | New | New Group
Name SLKInstructorGroup
Give user permission directly:
Check “Contribute and SLK Instructor”
In group SLKInstructorGroup | New | Add Users
Type Instructor then Enter
Click More… in Left navigation | New | New Group | Type name SLKLearnerGroup
Give user permission directly:
Check “Read and SLK Learner”
Add user learner to group SLKLearnerGroup
Sign in with Instructor
On Your account | Sign in as Different User

Type Instructor and your password (123qwe!@#) (Image 40)
Upload document
Click to “Solitaire” zip file (SCORM standard) in folder C:\Installation
On the Solitaire.zip context menu, click E-Learning Actions
On the E-Learning Actions page, in Assign it to someone else, click Team Site (Current Site)
On the Create an Assignment page, under Learners, check learner and then click OK.
Create an Assignment success
Sign in with Learner
On Your account | Sign in as Different User | Type User name and password of learner
Result as
Click the assignment title (Image 50)
On the Begin Assignment (Alt + I) page, click Begin Assignment.
The frameset will appear with the assignment content
Answers the questions
Answers the questions
Close the frameset. If you clicked “Finish Lesson” on the final summary, notice that your assignment has been submitted.
If you didn’t, you can submit it by clicking “Submit” on the Resume Assignment page.
Assignment Completed.
Closed FrameSet and turn back Assignment
Sign in with Instructor
On Your account | Sign in as Different User | Type your user name and password
Result as
Click the assignment title
Access the Grading page
Add a comment in the comments box for Learner, check “Return”, and then click Save.

Sign in with Learner
On Your account | Sign in as Different User | Type your user name and password
Result as
Click the assignment title
Click Review Assignment. The frameset will appear with the assignment content in “review” view
But in review mode don’t support enabled the questions

    i'm using ur link develop the SLK.
    i will successfully deployed Wsp Package.choose the Web Application ,Chosse Configuring Sharepoint Learning Kit.
    then click ok
    {The Webpage Cannot found}
    HTTP 404 Not Found

    how to create the databse,?

    I have successfully configured SLK on my sharepoint foundation 2010 site. I want to ask how to customize the different web parts in SLK like assignment list web part etc. Any idea?
