Article 2: How to get user profile from Active Directory

Chuẩn bị:

-       Active directory

-       Server sharepoint 2010

-       Profile Synchoronization AD

Mỗi trang web trong Sharepoint có services gọi là UserProfileService cho phép bạn truy xuất thông tin cá nhân.Sau đây là các bước thực hiện để lấy thông tin từ userprofile hiển thị trên form infopath:

-       Tạo Data Connection trong infopath

o   Tại tab Data, chọn Data Connections

o   Trong cửa sổ Data Connections, click chọn Add

o   Trong cửa sổ Data Connection Wizard, click chọn Receive data, chọn Next

o   “From where do you want to receive your data?”, click chọn SOAP Web Services

o   Service này nằm trong thư mục _vti_bin: http://mySite/myCollection/_vti_bin/UserProfileService.asmx?WSDL

o   Click chọn GetUserProfileByName và để parameter là Blank (lấy user đang login vào web)

Thiết kế Infopath form:

-       Trong infopath 2010 có hỗ trợ theme, tại tab Pages Design, chọn Theme

-       Tab Inserts Table chọn Tables, chọn dạng layouts phù hợp.

-       Tại tab Home, thêm các control Textbox vào form và bạn phải đặt tên tường minh cho các cột, để hiển thị sharepoint list.

-       Tại tab Data, chọn Show Fields. Trong màn hình Fields có 2 chọn lựa là Main và GetUserProfilebyName chúng ta chọn Main

-       Đặt tên lại cho field, click chọn field cần đặt tên, chọn tab Properties, đổi lại tên trong trường Name

-       Để gán giá trị mặc định cho form, chọn field cần gán giá trị, tại tab Properties chọn Control Properties. Trong cửa sổ Textbox Properties, tại tabData, chọn Insert Formular

-       Trong cửa sổ Insert Formula, chọn  Insert Field or Group..., sau đó chọn GetUserProfileByName

-       Tại màn hình Select a Field or Group chọn Value, click chọn Filter Data..., click chọn Add

-       Tại màn hình Specify Filter Conditions chọn Select a filed or group.... , chọn Name, chọn OK.

-       Chọn điều kiện is equal to, chọn Type text... , nhập chữ FirstName , chọn Ok

-       Kiểm tra kết quả, tại màn hình design form template, tab Home chọn Preview  (hay nhấn F5).

-       Tương tự các field còn lại :

o   Điều kiện cho field LastName 

o   Điều kiện cho field AccountName

o   Điều kiện cho field UserName

o   Điều kiện cho field Department

o   Điều kiện cho field Manager

-       Để biết chính xác là tên gì các bạn vào cửa sổ Central Administration, chọn Manage Service Application, chọn User Profile

-       Chọn Manage User Properties

-       Chọn Edit

-       Lấy dữ kiện tại trường Name điền vào điều kiện cần Filter
